How do payments work?
We weigh at pickup and text a secure PayPal link (pay by card or PayPal). Delivery is scheduled after payment is processed.
What detergent do you use?
Organic detergent by default.
When do you deliver?
Next day in your chosen AM (8–12) or PM (5–10) window. We’ll text when we’re on the way.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, 10-lb minimum billed ($20.00).
Do you do bedding/comforters?
Yes, $10 per item.
Do you offer same-day?
When slots allow, +$10 (cutoff 10:00am).
Dry cleaning?
Text/WhatsApp photos for a quotes; we’ll confirm price before proceeding.
Service area?
Bushwick, with nearby Williamsburg, Bed-Stuy, and Ridgewood.
