General policy

Payment: After pickup, we text a secure link to pay by card or PayPal. Delivery time is confirmed after payment is processed.

Same-day: +$10 when available (cutoff 10:00am).

Minimums: 10-lb minimum billed ($20.00). Bedding/comforters $10 each.

Dry cleaning: Quote via text/WhatsApp before processing.

Care: Organic detergent by default; add preferences in booking notes.

Claims: Report issues within 24 hours of delivery; we review photos and logs to resolve.

Privacy: We only use your info to schedule, invoice, and deliver your order.

Rewards policy 

EL Rewards (beta): Earn 2 pts per $1 paid (≈ 1 pt/lb at $1.99).

Redeem: 400 pts = $5 off, 1,600 pts = $20 bedding credit, 4,000 pts = priority pickup.

Referral: Give $5 / Get 300 pts (apply after first paid order).

Points are promotional credits, not cash; non-transferable; expire after 18 months.

Bonus: 50 pts per 5-star review mentioning driver name.
